Clothing Optional...Let's Get Naked!

It never fails, the things I NEED to do and have no choice about, are the things I procrastinate the most on.

Taxes, toothache, annual pap smear are just a few.

Let's break this down.....

Taxes: Necessary unless you want Uncle Sam, aka: IRS to break your proverbial knee caps and also charge you an arm and a leg.... That leaves a person with one arm, and no legs....both decapitated legs having broken knee caps before Sam takes them off you. So in order to prevent this, I have to set up an expensive appointment with a CPA and let him figure out how much damage my checking account is going to take after paying him and the IRS. Now you see why this is on the top of my "Procrastination List".

Toothache: Ahhhhh....the other "T"......this is a very recent acquisition and it is no walk in the daisies. I've been told several times to get my wisdom teeth surgically removed. This was told to me over and over within the past 7 years. I have yet to do so....now one of them is really bothering me. Motrin IB is my friend....for now....

Pap Smear: Ohhhh this is the fun one. I've put this little gem off for a decade....tsk tsk. I need to make an appt soooon.....

Carlos and I think we found an apt! We went to look at it on the 21st and we loved the location, the vibe, the apt iteself, and the manager. The bad news was that she only had one apt opened and unless we could come up with the deposit at that time, there was no way we could get it.

So we kept on looking for a place and not finding anything that we felt comfortable with.

Out of near desperation, we called her back yesterday and found out that she in fact now has a place opening in May!!!

We made an appointment to go see that one, turn in our app and pay for the deposit this coming Friday. If we get approved, then our move-in date will fall that first week of May.....

YAY!!!!!

I look forward to having our own bathroom and kitchen especially. Though Carlos' family has been very hospitable and extremely kind to me this past month. But you know how us females are....we love having our own space to decorate and use as we see fit.

Sooooooooooooo that's that...

On to other news....yep yep the weather here today was AWESOME....a breezy 81 degrees.....ohhhh yeah....

For The Love Of Blogging Gods.......

So yeah, I came from Myspace because it sucks worse than a dull-toothed, blind vampire.

Now let's hope Blogger makes me proud and doesn't fuck up.....yeah I have standards. I may be a blog whore but even I agree that being able to write and POST a blog on a blog template is the minimum requirement for such technology.

And to think I woke up in a dandy, wandy mood......
